By accessing or using our website at https://www.reversiontrade.com (“Website”) or the Reversion trading terminal and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Reversion provides a software-based trading terminal that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Visual strategy building tools
  • AI-powered trading agent (“Cipher”)
  • Automated backtesting and parameter optimization
  • Charting, news, economic calendar, and market data
  • Strategy deployment and automation

Reversion is a software platform that enables users to build, test, and deploy trading strategies. We do not act as a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or custodian of user funds. All trades are executed through third-party integrations selected and configured by the user.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The strategies, signals, backtesting results, and any output generated by Cipher or other platform tools are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance, including backtesting results, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments (including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, stocks, forex, and commodities) involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
  • Use the platform to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading, spoofing, or other illegal trading practices
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without our written consent
  • Use the platform in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, models, interfaces, logos, and branding associated with the Services are the property of Reversion Trade or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without prior written consent.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

  • Trading strategies or AI-generated outputs will be profitable
  • Market data or information provided will be accurate or timely
  • The platform will be compatible with all devices or configurations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reversion Trade and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
  • Any actions taken based on strategies, signals, or outputs from the platform

Our total cumulative liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Reversion in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reversion Trade and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reversion Trade is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Website or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
